Elijah ClaytonMr. Clayton has more 15 years experience working in the Non-profit sector.  He has worked with PRTA for the past 7 years. Being formerly the Technical Assistance Director with the National Task Force on AIDS Prevention, he administered community outreach, training and technical assistance programs. In his current role with PRTA, he has coordinated training and consultation schedules/logistics with organizations and consultants (including overseeing consultants). He has provided technical assistance (training, consultation, presentations) in the field, as well as recruiting consultants and working with them to ensure quality services. He has ensured the monitoring of programmatic and fiscal aspects of the Project, allowing adherence to contract reporting requirements and budgets. He has also updated and developed project materials.
