Community Relations & Outreach Management

PRTA acknowledges that the multi cultural approach for communicating the various aspects of the development process are not a challenge to overcome, but rather represent opportunities for the public at large, specifically the cities of Oakland, San Francisco and our clients to learn from each other

We conduct stakeholder meetings for the general public, the business community, property owners and residents of various communities. Our Community Relations Team and Facilitators are seasoned professionals, knowledgeable and viewed as credible to present community benefits and challenges to be overcome.

Successfully implementing this approach requires creating opportunities for stakeholders to build strong relationships.  This is done through a strategy that involves creating forums that bring disparate groups together to develop a common vision and values.  It is through developing common ground among stakeholders that a platform can be established to build consensus for projects and programs.

Building a credible relationship with the project community is essential to ensuring positive momentum. This begins by communicating the appropriate messages to key stakeholders.
